Banana Cake

60g butter or margarine
2/3 cup  caster sugar
2 bananas
1 egg
1 1/2 cup of SR Flour
1/2 Milk


Set the over to 180c.  Line and oil a loaf tin. Coat sides with Flour
Combine all dry ingredients
Add melted butter, egg and milk and mix together well.
Mash the banana and combine well.
Transfer mixture in the loaf tin and cook for approx 45 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
Dust with icing sugar
